1. Introduction

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Upfront Payment

To initiate work on your project, we require a 50% upfront payment of the total agreed fee.

3.2 Final Payment

The remaining 50% of the fee is due upon the website going live or upon completion of the branding project.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Content Provision

Clients must provide all necessary content, including text, images, and other materials required for the website and branding projects. Additionally, we may provide supplementary content from iStock if granted permission by the client.

4.2 Feedback and Approval

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals during the project timeline to ensure timely completion.

5. Revisions

5.1 Scope of Revisions

We offer a specified number of revisions as part of our services. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur additional charges.

6. Project Timelines

6.1 Estimated Timelines

We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or client delays in providing necessary materials or feedback.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation

Clients may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice. Refunds will be issued based on the work completed up to the cancellation date, minus the upfront payment.

7.2 Refunds

Upfront payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

Upon final payment, clients will own the final designs and websites created. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8.2 Third-Party Content

Clients must ensure that any third-party content provided does not infringe on intellectual property rights. We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from the use of such content.

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Lagos.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
